Calvin KleinMen's The Pride Edit Steel Micro Low Rise Trunks

The first pair I received was counterfeit. They were very poor quality fabric, stitching, and smelled like perfume. The printed tag on the waistband was crooked and worn away. There was also a white tag stitched on the waistband which should not be there and it also had faded printing. I have provided photos of the counterfeits compared to the genuine version so you can check for yourself when you receive the product. Neither the counterfeit or the genuine pair had been worn prior to photographing and you can see the counterfeit pair looks used (though I don't know that they actually were).Why five stars? I returned the fakes and asked for genuine product. I did receive a genuine pair in return. They are very comfortable. The fabric retains it's shape for a full 24 hours and it's very soft. It is a bit thick though. That works perfectly for me. I purchased these for working out but love wearing them all day. They provide a pouch which is comfortable and offers some separation between your legs and valuables. They do not offer the separation and naked feeling of other pouch underwear such as Obviously and Lapasa. They do offer more support though which I need for my workouts which include running and other high impact/intensity activities. What I REALLY like is the short-cut legs/inseam. They don't ride up because they are already up. They are basically square-cut traditional briefs. The size and fit is impeccable. I highly recommend. Just watch out for the fake stuff.

The 3 pack is Chinese knock off fake Calvin Klein underwear. I ordered twice and both times received the same thing.The lower pair are real, legit, CK steel micros. Look at the squared off writing on the ones I received form Amazon, the foreign language printed tag, and real CK underoos don't come with a paper tag on the inside of the waistband. Not to mention the design and material is off.

Fake! I bought two of the three packs and am disappointed to find that they seem to be fake. As another reviewer noted with pictures (mine look the same), the labeling is off as is the quality of materials. They sewed a massive tag inside the underwear that will tear the stitching if you rip it off but will leave a scratchy tag if you cut it off as dashed on the tag. I have purchased previous pairs of this underwear without the tag and properly labeled inside the waistband. Buying them on Amazon is not worth the risk if Amazon can’t source these properly.

Fakes. Pretty good ones, but FAKES none the less. You can see from the photos the inconsistency in the tag location. The real ones have no paper tag at all, of course. There is some inconsistency in the stitching as well. The biggest give away is how the logo on the front of the waist band is not aligned properly. Sometimes it’s above the 1st line of stitching as it should be, but the majority of the 6 pairs it begins somewhere below the first line. The V dips as it should but sometimes too far. The silver pair you can also tell the font was stretched on the elastic. For $45-50/3 you should be getting real ones. The boxing looks decent, resolution etc. doesn’t give it away. Probably fell off the back of a truck somewhere. But they definitely aren’t real and at those prices, you shouldn’t be getting fakes - even good ones. I bought 2 boxes, 6 pair, both boxes had the same printing. Tags etc. inside the waistband read pretty much the same (despite placement being off). Amazon should remove these as counterfeit products. I’m sure CK copyright lawyers are not pleased.

I purchased 6 pairs of these less than 2 months ago. After wearing and washing them 3-4 times each, 2 pair are already coming apart at the waistband. I’m not sure if they changed the manufacturing location in the last few years, but the awful quality is inexcusable - especially at this price point! Very disappointed...

So I've recently migrated from the boxer brief world to the trunk world. And just as much switch from boxers to boxer briefs was life altering, so too has been the shift from boxer briefs to trunks. I'm never going back. For the purposes of finding out which trunks fit best, I ordered pairs of the Calvin Klein One Low Rise Trunk, the Calvin Klein Steel Micro Low Rise Trunk, the Calvin Klein Body Modal Trunk, and last but not least, the David Archy Micro Air Modal Low Rise Trunk. This review is a cross-comparison of all four types (for those who are comparing or who might find this useful, I ordered a medium size in all of them, and am 5'10 and about 150 with a 31 waist).So what are my findings (of course, your opinion may differ). The most comfortable by far for every day use, were the modal underwear by Calvin Klein and David Archy. Though the Calvin Klein pair fit me slightly better, and seemed slightly more comfortable (and I mean slightly, on a 100 point scale, maybe a few percentage points), for all intents and purposes there wasn't much difference. Both pairs were extremely soft and form fitting against the legs, but had enough of a pouch to keep things in place, but not feel overly constricting. These pairs were perfect for everyday wear. Given that you can get 4 of the David Archy pairs for what it costs to get 1 of the Calvin Klein pairs, there's no comparison - David Archy Micro Modal Air Modal wins with no contest.So what about the other pairs I tried? The Calvin Klein Steel pair was actually pretty great as well, but not best for everyday use. I found this pair to be much tighter generally - the fit around the waist was more restrictive, and the pouch was much less pronounced leading to a much tighter fit. That being said, if you have a night of vigorous dancing planned, this pair of underwear will be sure to keep everything securely in place (which I think is desirable in such scenarios), but you may not prefer such a tight hold. I should add that in terms of sheer aesthetics, this pair has the most... visually appealing look.Lastly, the Calvin Klein One seemed a bit too constricting. More appropriate, perhaps, for someone who wants to wear trunks while exercising? The bands around the thighs were much tighter than the modal models, and thus were not nearly as comfortable for everyday use, but perhaps could be a better choice if you wanted to wear trunks while performing moderately athletic activities? Honestly I don't know, I wasn't a huge fan of those.

Por la talla pensé que me iba a quedar muy justa y que seguro lo devolvería pero no fue así, mis hijos están muy bien sujetos y sin necesidad de sentirse asfixiados, peso 72 kg y mido 1.70 la talla elegida small fue la correcta y creo que hasta podría haber elegido también talla mediana si la hubiera querido un poco más suelto a la piel, por cierto no llego en caja, pero llego bien y si es original

These are simply the best out there. I usually get a 3-pack of low-rise trunks. I love those very much. I read online that, the Steel series are the most comfortable single packs out there. Obviously this is subjective. I went into a CK shop in the U.K. but I couldn't find anything under the Steel range. I bought Iron-strength and am very happy with them. I found the steel series sold on Amazon US and I have bought a couple. I have to say the quality is outstanding, and it is softer than the iron strength. They are so comfortable, I will ask for a few pairs for Christmas!!Will purchase more in the future. Delivery was also rapid. Gave an estimate of 2 weeks to deliver into the U.K., actually only took 1 week.
