YakGear01-0054 Diamond Braid Anchor Rope with Winder - 75', Black

50 ft at Walmart for 550 is about $5. This is 75 with a spool. It is larger that the standard 550 at Walmart which I like. The weight load is lower but I was using for a kayak rig and the most I would ever pull is 250lbs... more like 10-100lbs normal. So this is great. Good spool. Good rope. Feels nice.

We needed something to tie to our 3 lb anchor for our kayaks and this seems to be what we need.

I used this for a kayak anchor. The plastic snapped from just the tension of the rope around the reel. The rope itself is fine tho.

I cut it to size. I burn the ends. I lash it to a carabiner. It holds our paddleboards to the anchor. It's a rope. What more can you ask for? Thanks for the rope.

The paracord is as advertised. The spool is flexible, weak, and worthless. Any recommendations for a good spool?

This reel is intended for my sandbar anchor. Does the job. Not sure how it would hold up in strong winds but would not rely on it.

The rope seems firm and little stretch, and it doesn't seem to tangle easily also very strong.

This nylon rope ia a good value for the quality. This was used on kayaks and are holding up very well.
