S is for San Francisco (Alphabet Cities)

Great but a few errors. Aside from the word "the" instead of "that" on the b page that was mentioned in a different review, on the z page the word feet should be spelled feat when referring to an achievement and not a body part.... Assuming it's not their attempt at a joke. But the book is sturdy and my kids love it.

Agree with the other reviews- great book, hits lots of great SF landmarks with fun illustrations but the two typos are a bummer!!

We’ve shared this book with friends, family, and visitors and everyone falls in love with it. It’s so fun to page through the book with kids (of all ages!) and reminisce about our favorite San Francisco landmarks. Beautiful illustrations and clever rhyming stories. Bravo!

Print is very hard to read because text is printed on dark colors.

Amazing book! As an SF native I approve! The illustrations are so cute! Only issue is the typo on the second page. It should say "B is for the blanket of fog THAT creeps across the bay." Not "THE creeps across the bay." I picked this up at my local bookstore to give to my boyfriends nephew that lives in Washington and noticed the typo when I got home. I emailed the company and am waiting on a reply. Hopefully only the early prints have the typo. I'd really love to bring it to him when we visit in November. I hope I can exchange it for one without the typo because the rest of the book is well written with clever SF landmarks. Aside from the typo, it's such an awesome book. Three stars for great illustrations and rhymes, -2 for the typo in a book meant to help teach kids their ABC's.

Adorable.... but two typos! “The” instead of “that” and “feet” instead of “feat.” 😕

Other reviewers point out the two typos, but the page pictured in my image is the only one that doesn't rhyme out of all the letters. It appears the first line should end with the word "crust", but its been mysteriously removed! What a goofy book, we really like it.
