I've used this detergent for a few years now. I have well water and make sure that my detergent is septic safe. Some members of my family also have skin sensitivity so trying to find a detergent that checked all the boxes was hard to find until I found this. I buy this with subscribe and save and found that it is cheaper than buying it in the store. It is effective and has no scent. Since it is a detergent you still need to exercise safe handling. It doesn't seem to leave a residue and also doesn't irritate our skin.

I love this detergent. Clothes are clean and they smell like fresh air after a rain storm (oxygenated?), not a fragrance scent. It would be perfect if they were able to use other packaging than plastic bottles. These did not leak during shipping.

I’m on a subscribe and save rotation with this product, and I love it! BUT every other time it’s delivered, one or more bottle caps are loose, the bottles are not properly sealed, and I’ve lost enough detergent to wash several loads of clothes. That’s unacceptable!! Please wrap the tops of the bottles before they are shipped. It’s an easy fix!

We really like this detergent but EVERY time we receive the package of two jugs the lids are loose and have leaked all over inside the box. I've read other reviews that state the same thing. Why doesn't ECOS secure the lids with tape? It's not Amazon's fault as the two jugs are prepackaged by ECOS.

I am over the moon about this laundry detergent! No need for fabric softener, little detergent needed and leaves clothes feeling soft and clean while non toxic. Highly recommend!

Have been using this for years— good product— cleans well, rinses well. Clothes are fresh smelling, and I don’t have to use softeners. However, what I received this time was not what I ordered. Order was for 2-170oz Ecos Pro bottles, but received 2-100oz bottles (not Ecos Pro) that were leaking! Box shows mixed information(?). Amazon, you are slipping.

I have been using ECOS PRO Liquid Laundry Detergent (Free & Clear) for several years. I LOVE how well it cleans; it leaves absolutely NO residue or odor; safer for my clothes and the planet; and it's a reasonable price. However, I ABSOLUTELY HATE that Amazon CANNOT figure out a way to ship these huge bottles WITHOUT THEM LEAKING. My most recent order had protective (waterproof) tape around the seal and a cardboard "cone" around the top of the lid. I ALWAYS ask Amazon to "double-box" (which they did), but one of the bottles had a DENT near the top--well below the cap--and the dent was so creased that it put a small HOLE in the bottle. The "inside" box and both bottles were sticky and wet; the "outside" Amazon box was slightly wet in one corner. I'm thinking it was POOR HANDLING of the box that caused this issue. Thankfully, I opened the package almost immediately after bringing it inside my house, so I might have lost an ounce or two from the bottle that leaked (the second bottle was okay). If I could purchase this item locally, I would do so, but since I can't, I guess I have to continue to put up with VERY POOR PACKAGE HANDLING.
