Q: Are these good for sand?

Yes. I use on Lake Erie and oceans

Q: i’m 15 6’1 and 145 which size is good for me

Standard will be fine. My son is 110lbs and I am 180lbs we both we able ride. Although it did seem to carry him further than it did me.

Q: Will this be good for a 12 year old thats 5'11 and 80 pounds?

I would recommend 100+ pounds but 80 would still work

Q: Will this be good for a 14 year old

The large size will be too big for most 14 year olds. We would suggest a medium board in either the standard or flex construction.
