What is the country of manufacture?

Not sure. They were a waste of money, absolutely rubbish. I ended up buying Bosch bits.

Are markings in mm or inches?

They are in mm but dont buy them they are absolute garbage

Are these compatible with any drill

Hi-Spec 130 Piece Multi Drill Bit Set. 8 Sizes from 1mm to 10mm. Yes, any typical household power drill that uses round-shank drill bits. The diameter sizes are from 1mm to 10mm.

The picture show 78 x Steel - 78 x Wood - 26 x Masonry but is 130 drill bits - that 182 bits why is it only 130 ?

Not counted the box i received but looks about 130
