Love ths knife! Just bought a second one…
Just bought my second one for my beach house. I love this knife so much and my first one (over 4 years old, I think) has held up great! The knife has a sold weight and is easy to hold. It has never bothered my hand when chopping. I cook almost every night and it is my go-to knife. I do handwash it (which is fast and easy) to make sure the blade stays sharp and less wear and tear. It looks great and is well made!

Carving Champion for Your Kitchen!
I am absolutely thrilled with this Imarku carving knife. It's a truly impressive tool that has elevated my cooking and carving game. The 11.6-inch high carbon stainless steel blade is incredibly sharp right out of the box, and the precision-forged steel glides through everything from a juicy brisket to a holiday turkey with almost no effort. The balance of the knife is perfect, and the pakkawood handle is not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable to hold, even during long carving sessions. It feels solid and secure in my hand, and I've noticed a real difference in how much easier it is to get perfect, even slices. The quality of this knife feels premium, from the way it cuts to the elegant packaging it came in. Whether you're a seasoned BBQ enthusiast or just looking for a fantastic all-purpose carving knife, you can't go wrong with this one. It's an excellent value and a tool I'll be using for years to come. Highly recommend!

GREAT FOR SLICING HOMEMADE SOURDOUGH BREAD
At first, I didn't think this knife would really do the job compared to my other bread knife that I got from the county fair many years ago. My old bread knife is over 15 years old but still holds up amazing and I doubted anything could match it. But I wanted to try a new knife, one that had more heft and would be able to cut the bottom crust of homemade sourdough bread. One of the best ways to keep sourdough bread from being hard on the bottom crust is to line the bake pan/ Dutch oven with several layers of parchment that have been sprinkled with corn flour between the layers. This assures that my sourdough bread will come out light and not burned on the bottom. That being said, these knives are sometimes extremely challenged to cut through the bottom crust. My old knife is easily able to cut through the top crust of the bread. Anyone who makes sourdough bread knows that the top crust can be pretty hard, but it's designed that way with a soft and wonderful crumb on the inside. With this new knife, the first cut into the bread has to be very careful. You have to start off gently and very light. I made the mistake of kind of hitting it a bit too fast and hard and the knife skipped off of the bread and cut my finger. I learned my lesson from that one. But I went to cut another piece and cut different finger deeper. Then I try to third time and cut another finger down to the bone. Eventually realized I needed to back off and make the first few cutting motions as delicate as possible. Once I got the knack of it, I was able to work with the knife much easier. It has some decent heft and made cutting through the crust at the bottom much easier and with much less effort. My old knife took four or five draws in order to cut the crust. This new knife took about two draws across the bottom and it was cut all the way. So yes it worked really good for me! I could have avoided cutting my fingers if I had not pressed so hard on the knife expecting it to make those initial cuts through the bread. I realized that it has to be approached very slowly at first and once it makes those first half inch slits on the top crust, Then you can simply go gently through the rest of the bread until you hit the bottom crust. On the bottom crust you can hit it a little more aggressively. It's surprised me that this knife was as good as it was. I didn't expect it to be as good as it was and I was ready to wrap it up and send it back until I realized it was a pretty good knife and is somewhat better than my older one, even though my older one is amazing still! I think for the price it is a decent knife. It comes with two plastic nibs to cover the tip point and the rear corner of the blade. I do not find these things useful or all that protective because they just fall off. The box is elegant and is great for storing. One thing I didn't like about the knife was that once I cut the first loaf, the blade seem to already have linear scratches on it! So I don't know if it's because the metal is softer, or the bread cut through the protective coating if there is one. Maybe it's just part of breaking in a knife. I would give it 4.5 stars But I rated it as five stars because you can't do 4.5.

Good knife
Nice knife. It is just a bit wider than I expected. Sharp and cuts well though.

Nice knife, very pleased
Just got this and tried it out today and I'm very pleased. Several reviews state that the rivets protrude from the handle and make it uncomfortable to use. The rivets on mine aren't exactly flush with the handle but are only SLIGHTLY raised, felling like a VERY small bump on the handle. The rivets have a very slight domed top, so the edges are flush with the handle while the center of the rivet is slightly raised. The fact that the rivets are dome tells me they did this on purpose and it shouldn't be viewed as a defect. I could feel them while inspecting the knife but not really while using it. Handle fit and finish is great. Other reviews said they were unhappy with the balance, stating the knife is weighted toward the handle. This is true but, if you want a nice substantial handle on a full-tang knife with a short blade, that's what you're going to get. If you want perfect balance, get the 7 or 8 inch version. All of that said, the knife feels nice and solid but certainly could not be called "heavy:. The blade was nicely sharpened right out of the box. I diced some tomatoes and an onion tonight and it worked beautifully. I have quite a few premium knives that I spent $200 or more on (I got this for my wife, she's pretty hard on knives and likes to cut into the board LOL) but this one is such a great deal compared to those I think I'll get another as a gift for my daughter, who uses terrible plastic-handled knives from Walmart, LOL.

Love this knife. Buy it you'll be happy.
I've been using this knife for several months now ever since my 5" Cuisinart Santoku knife fell on the floor and the blade snapped in half. The 7" blade is a nice size. Its very sharp and has stayed sharp so far. Well balanced and not too heavy and the handle fits nicely in my hand and looks great. I would buy this again.

Buy it
This knife is 100% worth it - so sharp I didn’t even have to saw back-and-forth to slice an English muffin, just applied a little pressure. Cut through sourdough great too! I love the wood grain handle too - pretty. I personally would not go with a shorter length blade.

Hasta que no cambias de cuchillo no te das cuenta de lo malo que era el anterior. Este cuchillo corta de maravilla, especialmente para panes de hogaza, de payés, que son difíciles de cortar con cuchillos de hoja más corta. Gran compra.

Great lite sharp 6" utility & deboning knife with a nice handle. First used it to cut an onion, red pepper, mushrooms and deboned a chicken drum. Good over all knife that comes in a nice box ( which most don't ) so you can gift it. I wished they would provide a plastic sheath with this knife ( which some knives do ). I have bought many kitchen knives from amazon lately and this brand and company has impressed me with there product presentation.
