The media could not be loaded.  As a relatively inexperienced gimbal user, I was happy with this Gimbal as it was intuitive and easy to use straight out of the box. It natively worked with my iphone and I was able to use the phones inbuilt camera app to film and take pictures using the gimbals buttons to trigger different filming/photo modes. The gimbal has a neat flip from vertical to horizontal function using a combination button presses. The pan wheel works well to pan the camera up/down and left/right. Getting use the the pan wheel takes a bit of practice, but is fun and rewarding once you work it out.As I have shaky hands when filming, the stabiliser worked really well for me and I am able to capture our families special moments without blurry bumps and with a bit more of a smooth and professional finish. It worked well while panning around, walking and running. It does take a bit of practice to get smooth sharp turns to capture the action, but once the initial learning curve has been met, it is fun and works well.THE NEGATIVES: The device battery is reasonable, but definitely did not last for 8 hours like I read in the question section of the product page, you would be lucky to get half that. The app I downloaded from the instruction manual that comes with the product was not very good for my iphone 6 and it had latency and came out with jumpy video (this might be an issue with my phone?). I could not get the tracking function of the app to work and gave up on it and I abandoned using the app altogether.OVERALL: This is a high quality gimbal, works well with the native iphone camera app and I am happy with the results, it is easy to use and stabilises really well under all the demands I have put on it so far - Recommend.
