Zero stars in all categories for a reason
In fact zero stars is probably being too generous, considering its rapid deterioration into becoming no more than a poor mattress topper in the space of a few weeks. Understand, my partner and i suffered from short-term neck and spinal complications because we trusted the product would support us correctly

Decent mattress for the price. No gimmicks, just comfortable sleep
Came as a full sized delivery, 2 men took it up the stairs. Slept great on it really comfortable. No roll together and seems to be cool with no sweaty wake ups. Delighted with it
