Great book for a general overview of process mapping and analysis

Great additional to my reading.
As an Entry Level Business Analyst I wanted to get a better understand of Business Process Improvement therefore, i purchased this book. Great read, simple and direct.

One of the best Process books out there! It covers basic definitions and key terms. It gives a lot of suggestions about basic process improvement which are really helful for business.

Generic, shallow, maybe an intro business reading
Very basic - not a lot of depth or insight. It is rather a collection of tools that are described very briefly and in a quite a generic manner

e-book version has a poor quality
the e-book version doesn't allow the dark mode. Also, the format is pretty small and I had to zoom in 150% to be able to read it, but every time I swiped to the next page the zoom went back. Impossible to read with these conditions.
