Q: What is the weight limit on these scooters?

I do not recall a weight, but I know it handles 133 lbs. They're pretty sturdy. Maybe google the product a bit more or go right to the manufacture website.

Q: Do these scooters have the hole in the middle to stack them?

Yes and a rod that they stack thru is sold separately.

Q: Has anyone found replacement wheels for these? We've had two wheels break recently.

We purchased these in 2015. We used outside in our child care with some very active kids. Five years later they work as good as ever.

Q: Will these scooters roll okay in grass with someone sitting on it? Say if, theres a jump rope attached to one of the handles and someones pulling it

No, these only roll on hard surfaces, like cement of black top, and no little lumps of gravel or dirt. I think they are for indoor use, like gyms.
