The product is very nice quality.I'm disappointed in the color. I ordered oyster gray and there isn't even a hit of gray. It looks dark brown.I'm the most upset I paid more for that color when I could have got brown ones cheaper. If I hadn't had needed them that weekend I would have returned due to extra cost.

They came today and the box was damaged. I ordered Oyster Gray and received Brown. It did say the color may vary, but this no where even near a shade of Oyster Gray. I only ordered these because of the color. They are not worth the amount that I had to pay for them. I am deciding if I am going to keep them or send them back.

Tables were damaged in shipments. Asking for a refund is cumbersome. Garbage product from a garbage company.

These tables were a beautiful color. That said, they are very heavy and are difficult to open and close. The first one out of my box was damaged in two different places. Can't recommend.

UPDATE: Would give ZERO stars but it makes me put one! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, OBVIOUSLY THEY DONT KEEP UP ON THE EMAIL STRING, was open to options to fix the situation but they never gave me any and made the decision for me! Ordered this product in Oyster Gray for a family member for Christmas. Upon arrival the box was in very bad shape, the color on the box said Oyster Gray, but the product itself was dark brown, not even close! The stand for the tables needs to be assembled and one of the supports for the stand was missing and the stand can not be constructed. I reached out to the seller, who wrote back and asked me to provide additional information including photos of the box. I have sent several emails with all the requested information and have heard nothing. So far it has been an all around bad experience with the product and customer service, I would NOT recommend.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The product was packed well and survived some outer box tears by the USPS. The tables were quite wobbly and required joint gluing and clamping. Screws for the stand often did not secure well in the soft wood. Many ares lacked the finish coat or had finish defects. I contacted seller and was advised that I could request a return. In my opinion, the suboptimal product quality does not justify the return shipping cost.

I love these TV trays because they're bigger than most. Lots of surface space, great looking, really sturdy and they have a more clean/modern look. I will be buying another set soon.

These snack tables are definitely brown and not any shade of grey, which was disappointing. The tables themselves are fairly sturdy, but the screws in the frame meant to hold the tables won't tighten. While I'm sure I'll use the tables, they were overall a disappointing purchase.
