Replacement Cmos Battery 3V Compatible for HP, Dell, Sharp, Fujitsu, Panasonic CR2032 BC13 Bios RTC Clock

Straightforward replacement for the standard CMOS batteries in many devices. However, my HP laptop needed longer leads to reach the socket on the circuit board. I had to cut the leads and solder on a length from the old battery.

This battery is perfectly good but on my MSI itx motherboard it didn't work at first because the polarity of this particular motherboard is the reverse of the majority of motherboards. Luckily the wires going to the tiny molex plug on the battery can be switched round if necessary. Its fiddly but if you lift the tiny white lugs a tiny bit with a thin craft knife blade one at a time you can slide the wires out with their metal connectors attached and reverse them. My advice is compare the polarity with the old battery first just to make sure.

Old pc had to keep setting time and date

Bought for A ps2 slim expecting to cut the cable and solder it to the original... the molex connector is a little slimmer but still connects. Sorry I'm a little drunk but this fits the ps2 super slim.
