Arguably the best supplement you can take for your health. Vitamin D is a hormone not really a vitamin, low levels are found in cancer patients and if you concerned about CV 19 then you really need your levels up. Vitamin D helps macrophages create cathelicidins (CAMPS) which surround viruses and destroy the cell walls, this can help prevent acute respiratory distress caused by a cytokine storm (an act of desperation by the body). Low Vitamin D can lead to all sorts of health issues.. Helps with mood too. Just remember if you take Vitamin D, take Vitamin K2 (M7) to ensure calcium is deposited in the right places in your body. Vitamin K2 is also made by the body from leafy greens which form K1 which is converted to K2.

I find this very convenient to take. My partner and I both take Vitamin D but require different doses. Previously we had both used separate products which were the correct dosage for our individual needs, and bought different products as our levels changed for summer and winter.I really like the fact that this product is 500IU per spray (this is equivalent to 12.5mcg) because it means you can use a low dose, or a higher one just by adjusting the amount of sprays. The recommended dose on the packet is 3000IU (6 sprays). If one person is using it and taking at this dosage, the bottle will last a month. The only thing about two people using the spray is that it won't last very long so you'll be continually replacing it. My bottle has a best before date just over 2 years away, so maybe easier to have a few in stock if you use it non stop.It's a thin liquid and the flavour is really mild and inoffensive, like a very diluted weak orange squash, sweet and citrussy. More artificial than natural, but absolutely fine. The spray mechanism is effective, and it's no hassle to take as there is no particular need to have water nearby, and it won't interfere with using other supplements (though you do need to check medication interactions if you take any).For optimal absorption I'm taking it alongside magnesium, admittedly no Vitamin K supplements (which also helps Vitamin D absorption) but I should have plenty via my food.I like the packaging, as it seems pretty environmentally friendly, but also looks appealing. An attractive colourful thin cardboard box containing the spray inside. No outer packaging on top of this.I'd happily recommend this and although I have some other products to test when this runs out, I may well consider buying it again when I run out of my stock of Vitamin D.

The spray is used by spraying under the tongue and keeping in your mouth for approximately 30 seconds.It has an orange flavour which tastes really nice.I’m using this Vitamin D supplement as I’m approaching the menopause which can in time affect your bones. Vitamin D is essential for keeping bones and muscles healthy as well as a normal functioning immune system. Suffering from a cold, it seemed a good time to try something out like this. Especially when getting out into the "sun" isn't always the easiest thing to do in current times.This is an easy spray bottle. It's got a palatable orange taste and easy enough to give a couple of sprays to yourself under the tongue. It's got a quick absorption and doesn't leave any bad aftertaste or anything like that.Certainly beats taking a tablet. Contains around 180 sprays. Says you can take up to six sprays a day but I think a couple of blasts before going to bed suits me best.

I feel that doctors I UK 🇬🇧 do not highlight how important vit d is for healthy immune system.Everybody should take it daily (with exception to sunny days) .This vit D spray contains 180 doses , its great for 12£ , and you get only good ingredients. The packaging also screams quality. But for me the most important is what's inside, and I'm really happy with this vegan spray.Each spray contains 3000IU - perfect for an adult.I would buy again and I would recommend 👌I hope my review and photos were helpful 🙂

Potency and quality is good‘Plant based’ label has been stuck on for some reason. All we want to know is whether it’s vegetarian or notApplication - this is where this failsNo idea whether it’s gone all over the place or has been absorbedI’d stick with pipette drops or tablets

Tastes pleasant enough. Vitamin D3 underpins your immune system. I couldn’t go out in the sun because of a photosensitive reaction to a food allergic reaction, so I need to take supplements earlier in the year!So many people have different opinions on the dosage. You can overdo it. I settled on taking a 1000IU daily dose in the winter. However during an infection possibly 2000IU is better. I haven’t tried the 3000IU suggested here. As you get 500IU in a single puff, you can more easily vary the amount. Initial use review only.

The spray is orange flavour and it's tasty.The vitamin D is a good amount and as we enter the cooler months no doubt we will venture out less even if it was sunny we wont have bare and unprotected arms and legs for the required 10 minutes if pale to 1 hour if dark skinned!This is ideal for those who dislike tablets and the flavour of the orange is excellent.
