I can't say that it's as good as Alli (because nothing is) but it seems to ...
I can't say that it's as good as Alli (because nothing is) but it seems to work fairly effectively, and without the explosive side effects of Alli. I haven't been diligent about using it withevery meal, and don't really have a recorded before and after point to check on, but I am losing weight bit by bit with this stuff--enough so that I ordered a second bottle as the first was running out.

No different than taking nothing, except for the cost, that is.
Took this religiously for a whole month. Kept my diet the same, which is relatively healthy, with the occasional splurge. No change in weight whatsoever. Not even a half pound lighter. (Digital scale.)

Seems ok...
Not sure about weight loss but it has Cascara Sagrada and it makes you regular.Haven't noticed weight loss without changing diet or exercise but I feel cleaned out.

Works for Me
When Alli got so expensive, then "warnings" started going out, I looked for something to take its place. This product fills the bill. I am very satisfied with it.

not happy with this product....I feel it's not the real deal. to many additives and I feel it won't work right.

Block Comprehensive weight loss supplement capsules
I am rating it 1 star because this product did not do what it claims it will do. The only thing I have noticed since taking this product is I now have headaches I am not sure if it is related to this product but it is the only thing different I have been doing.
