Ford F150 Factory/OE Design Fender Flares. Set of 4

I put these on my fiften year old f150 stx and they fit great. I was getting rust/corrosion above my back tires and it was jagged and wouldn't pass the next inspection (per the guy at the garage) so I looked into getting body work done. I quickly realized a lot of people won't do this work because they said the rust could come right back. So my mechanic told me to look into these. Exactly what I needed! It covers the rust and my truck looked good as new and passes inspection no problem. It's an old truck so trust me, I have no delusions the rust won't spread but this buys me a couple years. The fender flares are still on there a year later and I don't even think about them, nor do I notice them anymore. They were fairly easy to put on. I could not get a screw into all of the areas but as long as you get a couple and use the tape they won't budge. If they fell off tomorrow I'd still buy them again. For the price, I can deal with this temporary fix. If you've got a beater truck and you want to avoid pricey repairs like me, this is a nice option!

This is on my 2008 F150 supercab XLT. It fits well but you have to get rid of your mud flaps. 4 stars because it looks great on the truck and hides the nasty rust and they are made well. 1 missing star because the items weren’t labeled so I put the first one on the wrong side and you have to throw out the mud flaps to make them look good. Annoying and enough to ruin an install mood.I really liked these over the others out there on the internet because these look stock and not oversized and flashy like the others. I put these on just to hide the rust, other than that I would have not spent any money. :)

Just installed these fender flares last week. They definately were worth the cost. Quality built and fit great, relatively straight forward installation. Install took about an hour or so but i didn't rush and made sure everything lined up. Clips matched factory screw locations on front fenders. I drilled two holes in the front flares to match up with the factory lower screws. Rear flares were easier as no need for lining up with factory screws. Truck looks great again thanks!

Appearance of the flares is good, but the installation being no drill was not perfect.Fit is ok. Not perfect, but good enough.The clips extend into the wheel well and are visible. I'm not sure anyone else would notice, but I certainly do.All in all, I'm happy with them as they met my intended usage - to cover up rust bubbles.

Put these on my 2006 reg cab short bed XL 4x4. Along with a set of 18” wheels from a 2017 F150 FX4. Completely changed the character of the truck. It looks sporty now. It looked like a government truck before. They were easy to install. And fit perfect. They will cover the rust that likes to develop on the bed wheel arches. I would buy them again.

Theses flares do not use the factory fender flare holes or hardware for models with OE fender flares. Instead they use clips that go on the inside of the fender, so not a quality fit or adhesion.. may be better suited for models without OE flares. I'm returning them.

They were not the easiest to install. The area closest to the front door requires a "u push clip" that clearly cannot be used at that spot due to no gap in the fender and wheel well but they do send self tapping screws so that's what you have to use there. Also, these do NOT go over the existing factory painted flares, the instructions fail to mention that, unless I just missed it. So, you have to pull off your old ones first. Also, I can't fathom why they don't make these with built in retainers so that you can utilize the existing holes already in the body work. It would make the install SO much easier, no need to fumble around with stupid clips and double sided tape. Lastly, I paid extra for these thinking they were better quality than the others but these are not worth the extra $50-$100 in my opinion. I have attached pictures showing the truck before its "mini makeover" the black flares do look better on my white truck I have to say. Before and after pics attached.

fit perfect on 2006 f150. look great also. have had alittle trouble with the 2 sided tape coming off. so had to use a black marine adhesive like a bead of caulk. looks and holds great. clips dont like to go on if there is too much rust on the inner fender. however if you are using on a truck with no rust or bent metal on fender. i bet the tap holds better. and clips fit beter. i would buy again. was exactly what i wanted and expected.
