Some like to Hot Hot Hot!!
The First Time I bought this I thought you could only buy it in Jamaica or Grand Cayman. I bought 4 Jars in Cayman and brought it back in my bag. I was surprised and greatly pleased to find that I could buy it on line from Amazon.com. I have made many batches of Jerk Chicken and Jerk Pork in my day and Eaton's does it the most authentic way you can get. Love the stuff and everyone that's tried it loves it too! En Jah...Mon...

Great for BBQ!
I use in when I grill my food. I love the heat and the flavor it adds to meats, I love it!

The taste does not justify the high price.
It was okay. Nothing special. Walkers wood is much better. But the present Walkerswood seems to have changed the recipe, so I decided to try this one. It was not bad, but definately does not justify the high price. Will not be buying it again.

Super spicy, but perfect
Delicious! Super spicy, but perfect. Marinade your chicken overnight and it tastes even better.

Good but heat varies
I've been using this product since I discovered it at shop in Ventura 20 years ago. Back then it was so hot it should have had a biohazard emblem on the label, but it made chicken almost irresistible even if it did make your eyes water. I still buy it, but someone tattled on them and the heat has be ratchet way down, alas. I suppose they may have hurt someone (it was that hot) and had to legally do something. Too bad. Frankly I would have preferred they put the biohazard label on the jar and leave the recipe alone. That cost them 1 star -- it still makes chicken very good and is pretty good when mixed with rice dishes.

Great stuff
This is the closest I have found to eating at a jerk hut on the beach in Negril. I would by from someone else though, as mine arrived broken and the replacement I was promised never came.

Terrible packaging
I wish I could review this product for flavor/performance. However, it arrived leaking, although it was sealed (?) with shrink wrap around the top. The bottle was intact, no visible cracks in the glass container. When I removed the sealed plastic, there was a teaspoon or so of semi-brown liquid encased in the plastic. I removed the metal lid, and did not hear an audible "pop" which would indicate a seal. Product had no visible mold on it, but there is no way I am going to taste this, as it is very obvious there was not an airtight seal and who knows what sort of bacteria may be present. Very disappointing!

The best Jamaican Jerk seasoning I've ever had. I bought some in Jamaica and all the locals recommended Eaton's.
