Excellent Summary - Delivers Everything You Need
I love summaries and have read many over the years. I keep getting these NinjaReads and they never fail to deliver. With this one, I'm not even sure what they've cut. It reads like seamless prose more so that summation so I don't feel like I'm missing anything. I'm sure the original book is as useful and interesting as this one, so I may pick it up one day when I have more time to reinforce the content here, but for now, this summary hits everything I needed to know in a format that requires far less to read through and I'm completely satisfied with it.

Summary books may be my new favorite...
This was my first summary book purchase and I am pleased with the content. I obviously have not read the book in its entirety, however, I felt as though the main points based on the chapter titles were conveyed. The Never Split the Difference summary was a quick read and I got the points I was looking for out of it!

Gets the job done
I am not a big fan of reading summaries of books (when I would rather read the original book), but this one adequately (if artlessly) conveys the most crucial information from the orginal.

The summary of Never Split the Difference is a great read that really dives into the different negotiation tactics supplemented by stories of Voss’ time as a hostage negotiator. It is an easy read that takes a skill from daunting to totally attainable!
