KLEAN STRIP Kero Additive improved the quality of my kerosene heater
I purchased a kerosene heater to offset the heating bill in the winter months. I live in the Northeastern part of the United States. I ordered the Kero Additive. My heater seemed to light quicker and burn hotter than before. I know using Kero Additive extended the wick life and it DID NOT SMOKE. The smell was more pleasant because at initial lighting I used to smell kerosene, but NOT after using Kero Additive. We poured it straight into the kerosene tank before adding the kerosene. To me, this helped it mix well. We relied on the Kerosene heater more than using the oil furnace. It offset the heating cost because we only had two fill ups of oil when we usually have four. But, all I am saying is if you use a kerosene heater, get the Kero Additive. It will improve the quality of your kerosene heater and the way it burns. Your wick will last longer with Kero Additive.

This product works against the smell of burning kerosene, and it causes the kerosene to burn more evenly. I consider it essential.

I think it works extremely well you don’t really smell the pine but I’ve used it with the additive and without it does get rid of the kerosene smell you do smell the garage door slider and shut it off after that it burned pretty clean you don’t really smell any older works really well I gave it a 5 star what is it

Hope it does what it says it should, does produce a very subtle piney scent
Wish I would say that this stuff says what it does, but I can only comment on the scent, which isn't why I bought it. Got it because it says it make it burn cleaner and increases the life of the wick! I only have used this in a heater I use in my carport which working on my cars so I have no real way of telling if it is true. But if you follow the directions and add the proper amount of this additive you do get a very subtle piney scent when it is burning.

I add this in with Kerosene for my dyna-glo heater and it really does almost completely remove the smoke that it was producing!
