The media could not be loaded. The first time I ordered these isopods for my daughter, they all arrived deceased. This was purely the mail lady's fault for shoving the box into the mailbox. The second batch of isopods, that were a replacement for the first, 29 came alive 3 did not but thats to be expected with the temperature near me. The 29 isopods are thriving, they are so active even just opening the box they were ready to get out into their new home! The seller did an awesome job with replacing the deceased isopods, it was very simple and easy! It even included a cool two-toned morph isopod that will make for some gorgeous offspring!

My ordered arrived late and I was worried because it was hot where I live but inside the box was still cool and all but 2 were alive. Size range from big to small. Very great service

Second time ordering isopods from Ficarro Farms. Always arrives with lots of healthy "podlings." Only reason not giving 5 stars is the label that says they are "live invertebrates: deliver to front door" needs to be MUCH larger in vibrant color. Both times I've ordered , the postal person leaves them in the mailbox, despite the label currently on there. I've sent official complaints to the local post office TWICE now. For the sake of the little ones, MAKE A LARGER LABEL!!! Otherwise great everything!!!! :) :) :)

I was so worried they would all be dead when they arrived because it took a couple weeks and the weather was pretty cold! Amazingly EVERY one of them was alive!!! Though I can't say there were 32+.. but that's on me for not sitting there and counting lol!!They have been thriving and very active in my bioactive vivarium and are very fun to watch!Thank you so much!

Arrived alive and active. Luckily we had a cool front, rather than our recent 100+ temps, so packaging with damp paper towel in a zip lock bag, in a card board box was adequate. Only had to travel from Corpus Christi to Austin area. Looks like plenty of isopods of good size, but I didn't count them. Good communication from seller. Will purchase from them again.

All arrived dead. Would not recommend buying unless weather is ideal, not too hot or cold, as this is a huge factor. I unfortunately did not consider this and it must've been too hot for any of them to survive.

The media could not be loaded. I bought these for my snail terraium..and They all arrived alive...not one dead..and I was worried as I noticed they shipped out of Texas..n I am aware of the cold weather there...Want to thank the seller...great job on shipping etc..I will order from you again..These guts are cute fun to watch and will also help keep my terrarium healthy!🥰❤😁

Though most of the bugs arrived dead upon arrival, the family owned farm were great to work with and offered to send new orders or a refund. Family farms are the best!
