Can liquid clear be made as an alternative?

I he don't think you can make this your self, from watching his video's came across this product and it stays wet for quite a while. Doe's that help at all. Why not buy a book of Bob Ross and see if you can work out something.

What does this product do exactly?

It wets the canvas, before oil painting, with the wet on wet style. It does not alter the colour of the paints, as it is clear, unike liquid white.

is this only for oil paints or will it work for acrylics ?

Acrylics are fast drying so I imagine liquid clear would be wasted. But sure try it anyway

What are the chances of receiving the correct product this time if i attempt to order again?.. received white when ordered clear??

Can you not contact the seller and complain. You don't want to just put up with keeping the product when they get the order wrong. Sorry I can't help more.
