What is the thickness of the boards?

Each board is 5mm thick and measure 27x18 cm. They are sturdy boards for chopping.

I don't know what you mean by 'BPA'. What I can say however is that the boards were very quick to sustain knife cuts and I have long since ditched them.

Are these heat proof? Can you use them to rest pans?

To be honest I have not put any hot pans on mine with them being plastic
