SKOUT'S HONOR Professional Strength Cat Litter Box Deodorizing Spray, 35 oz

I don’t like all the air fresheners, perfumes, etc people use to mask odors. Since I now have two cats here, I can’t use my essential oils and I don’t want my house smelling like a litter box or department store perfume dept. I heard about Skouts Honor but had my doubts about the effectiveness, since there wasn’t a scent. I decided to try it and it actually works. I use the clumping litter from Petco, for reference. I always ask my friends if they can smell the litter box when they come into my house. These people are like family and brutally honest. Nobody has been able to tell I have the box in the house. I’m almost finished with my first bottle and zero problems with the bottle either, knock on wood. Ordering my second bottle today. Zero scent and getting rid of litter box odors, somehow, is what I paid for and surprisingly, what I got!

It covers the odor well and doesn't clump when sprayed on the sand. Recommended.

The product itself really helps but the bottle broke with normal use. It just fell apart so I put it in a better spray bottle from home depot. As for the spray itself, I have 3 cats and one is very particular about the boxes being very clean. This spray helps remove the residual odor on the box and she's much happier using them when I use this spary.

I find that Skout's Honor does exactly what they claim to do. I don't like to be w/o it.

I have cats. Four cats. That's a lot of pee and poop and my outside trashcan smelled like I had 75 cats. The summer made it unbearable. I just sprayed the inside of the trashcan and let it sit for a bit with the lid open and IT SMELLS LIKE I HAVE ZERO CATS! It does slightly smell like bleach so I'm hesitant to use it indoors because one of the four cats has asthma, but it definitely gets rid of pee and poop smells!

I'm honestly not sure what is going on, but listen to the reviews about the weird smell. I use arm and hammer clay litter. I had just washed out my stainless steel boxes and put new litter in a few days before I sprayed this on top. The smell has just gotten worse and I'm going to have to dump and rewash again. There's some reaction going on between the used litter and this product that is horrendous. It smells like rancid food.

I don't know what kind of dark magic is in this spray- I feel like there has to be, because it works SO WELL. I have the most sensitive nose, and my cat has IBD and has had diarrhea for 3 weeks, and it has been unbearable. The only solution has been to completely empty all the litter and scrub the box, which you just cannot do 4-5 times a day. Then my mom, who volunteers at a cat shelter, recommended this spray, so I got some. It's UNBELIEVABLE. The room DOES NOT SMELL NOW. It also doesn't smell like perfume, because there's no fragrance. It just smells like...nothing. Which is exactly what I want! I'm waiting for the catch to reveal itself, but in the first 24 hours, there hasn't been one. I'll update the review if it turns out there is. I am SOLD on this product!!

After daily scooping, I squirt a couple shots into the liter pans and I believe it has helped. We use pine pallets, it's cheaper then regular kitty liter as we have 3 fur babies (very cost effective) and there is nothing that keeps the liter odor down so anything I can find that works is great. This seems to work very well.
