The media could not be loaded.  This parts actually fit the controller. For a while I was using another product but it had slightly off dimensions that made the thumbsticks get stuck in the plastic housing. These do not have that issue, they fit properly and feel great. They even included the green rubber thumb caps which I didn’t know were included. The color is not my first choice but they make the thumbsticks feel like the original rubber ones and it’s easy to see due to the vibrant colors which helps me quickly spot the controller when I’m looking for it on my desk. I’m quite happy with my purchase.

If you want the feel of the original joysticks these are your way to go. I can tell no difference. It can be a hassle to take apart the controller but it is worth it because it feels like you just pulled the controller out of the box when you feel it. I would recommend to everyone and anyone who owns a Playstation 4

Aside from some minor sticking they work just fine on my ps4 controller. I imagine the sticking is just from being new on an older controller? Either way it's cheaper than buying a whole new controller.

The product comes mostly as advertised. However, the last item in the description seems a bit misleading:"There are plenty of YouTube videos that will walk you through the process, cross screwdriver included help you open the shell very easily".I don't know what this was supposed to mean but there is no screw driver included with the product.

Everything is exactly the way they advertised it is definitely a good product only if you know how to install the joysticks because you have to take apart your controller in order to install these

They’re ok but they do wear off pretty quick. Maybe 10 hours of Fifa 21 Fut champions and I got to replace them again.

The material on these is not remotely the same as the stock PS4 controller, it feels different and looks noticably different. Its a darker black, the PS4 is more grey by comparison, and its more shiny and reflective and glossy while the stock ones are more matte. They do feel comfortable and give a good grip, but you'll want to replace both sticks at the same time so they match.That said, it does the job well and for the price you can't complain!
