Can I get a charging plug replacement? My plug doesn't work anymore

If your unit is over a year old, you cannot. I had the same issue, decided to order another vacuum, the same model. well, imagine my surprise when I discovered the company had changed the batteries, which also changes the plugs. I love how the vacuum works, however when I called the company, to inquire about a new charger, I was informed of this change, and that for 49.95 I could return the charger and have it repaired. Needless to say, I will NOT be buying another of the water tech vacuums. Horrible customer service.
