Very efficient which is ideal for my doggie family.A bit heavy for taking up and downstairs.

I’m so disappointed with this Hoover because it was dirty on arrival with hair stuck in the filter and it didn’t even work when I plugged it in, I know it’s a reconditioned one but surely it should be tested before sending out and it should be clean!! DISGUSTING!! I’d leave zero stars but it won’t let me.

Dyson has been refurbished . Cleaned well but had a load of scuff marks. A bit overpriced and advertisi Ng is a bit misleading.

The vacuum cleaner had been thoroughly cleaned before delivery, it was spotless. Box included instructions. Works as expected. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

It's certainly not light enough to use one handed to complete vacuuming of stairs, but very disappointed with not receiving a brand new one, this one has very much been used, dust chamber dirty, wheel's have dirt stuck to them where it has been pushed on floor, rotory brush had dirt and hair stuck in it, so not happy.

My wife is delighted with this model. We had bought one from new and it served us well.However, nothing lasts for ever, one day recently it went bang and there was an alarming smell of burning.When looking on Amazon we were delighted to see that although the model is discontinued Amazon were selling this Dyson refurbished model with 365 days guarantee.Too good to miss! Delivered within 48 hours of ordering and my wife is again happy,thankyou.

It’s difficult to get a new corded Dyson so bought a used one. Great product but I thought it was a little over priced. But it’s what I wanted so I bought it. Brilliant company and great customer service.
