Melatonin 5mg Dual Spectrum, 60 Bi-Layer Tablets

I've had sleeping issues since I was a child. Nothing ever seemed to work. Tried normal melatonin and all the other supplements. Tried various prescriptions that made me dead tired the next day or that made me uncomfortably drowsy. This is, without a doubt, the only thing that has consistently worked. It's not perfect, its not 100%, but its definitely like 90% success rate. I can feel a relatively gentle drowsiness about 30-40 minutes after taking it and, for the most part, does keep me sleeping throughout the night. Again, its not perfect- especially if you're like me and have a hyperactive nighttime brain. But, it really is the only thing that has helped. My only gripe is that it seemingly isn't sold in stores anymore? I've checked everywhere across multiple cities and states that I've lived in over the past few years and for some reason its only available online now.

This stuff really works! I like how it’s a dual release melatonin, so it really helps you fall asleep and STAY asleep, moreso than regular melatonin. Doesn’t give you a hungover feeling in the morning. Just helps you sleep better!

Someone in the comments mention it gave them a headache, and it had the same effect on me BUT I still like the product. The Headache was very minimal, not that kind you constantly complain about. I could’ve went all day without taking pain meds and I’m sure it would’ve went away. I took a 200mg pill and was good. I got a headache each day for about 2 to 3 days and I’ve been taking this for about two weeks now and don’t get them anymore. And I sleep SO MUCH better. For fastest sleep take them at least 30 minutes ahead like directed. Also, this does not put me in such a deep sleep where I can’t hear my phone ring or baby monitor going off. I’m a super light sleeper and it doesn’t change that. I just get a much better quality version of sleep.

Depending on the level of sleepiness I’m dealing with on any given night, I will take these in 5mg,10mg or 20mg. I find them to be helpful in getting and staying asleep. They may cause a slight drowsiness in the morning, I’m not sure though. I’ve always had troubles with waking up.

This is my go to brand for a good night’s sleep. I highly recommend them. You don’t need a prescription, but asked your doctor for advice before going out to purchase.
