Slimflex Comfort 3/4 Density, Lateral Control, Medial Arch Support, Deep Heel Cup, Blue, 9-10.5 UK / 43-44 EU

Plantar fasciitis is the main cause of my heel pain. I follow a series of daily exercises and wear the 3/4 Slimflex arch support insoles recommended by a Podiatrist. The combination of both exercise and lacing shoes/trainers that fit well with the arch support insoles make life much easier. The only downside is that I have to limit the distances that I walk to avoid further damage to the soft tissues connecting the heel bone to the rest of the foot. I previously used various different brands of raised arch insole supports but none were as effective as the Slimflex brand.

Was advised to try these for knee pain and omg what a difference now purchased 3 pairs for my trainers and work safety shoes. Can honestly say how much better my knees are. Don’t hesitate buy buy buy

They say it is good for drop arches..I found them too hard and painful

I was advised by a physiotherapist that I should use orthotic insoles. There is a huge range of these things available on the Internet. I chose this make and style because it seemed that they most closely provided what the physio said that I needed. I've got used to using them now and have bought further supplies. They don't last forever, but should last six months or more before needing replacement. I'm happy.

No a magic cure but definitely improve things
