A heavy duty arm for big monitors
I’m using this monitor arm for the LG 49” ultrawide monitor. It was very difficult to find a monitor arm that was robust enough to hold a heavy monitor like this and the Humanscale M10 has been perfect for the job. When I took it out of the box, I immediately noticed how heavy duty the construction was with this product. It is heavy and solid. Assembly was very easy and literally took a few minutes. Although this costs more than most other monitor arms, this one was worth the cost because it is heavy duty enough to hold my giant monitor.

Hard to adjust up and down.
Great mount but man, is that adjustment screw tight. The included hex wrench hurts your hands because the screw is so tight. I finally got it loosened, and now the monitor lifts up and down smoothly.

Perfect Monitor Arm for Ultra-Wide Monitors
The M10 monitor arm is built well. Holds up the 49" Samsung monitor attached to it with ease (monitor weights 33lbs). It swivels and moves freely. However, my M10 does not hight adjust. I'm certain if the function worked, it would be flawless.

Worth the cost
You really do get what you pay. I attached my 49inch LG monitor to this mount and it takes it like a champ. The mount is pretty heavy and sturdy. Not the mount you want for a generic monitor but a must have for 34in and above.

Solution if your M10 is Stuck
So I bought the M10 monitor arm to desk mount via the Grommet hole my LG CX 48" Tv. Yes it does support the weight just fine. However, Mine shipped with the head of the mount oriented facing up, to where the screen was facing the ceiling. Adjusting the set screw changed nothing. Angry, I searched Youtube and anywhere else online and found nothing and customer service was closed. Which is why I'm commenting. It was jammed in that position. I solved it accidentally because I mounted the tv anyways (which by the way you need to buy a VESA adapter) thinking the weight would make it pivot downwards but nothing. So then I tried to wrestle the TV off (because I was by myself and you have to push a button while lifting the heavy ass tv) and it FINALLY BROKE FREE!! at which point it operated as it was supposed to. But I had another problem. The Arm seemed as thought it couldn't handle the weight and wouldn't stay in position but it turns out that the set screw on that one was stuck too. So using the included tool and some pliers for more leverage i was able to tighten it by like 10 more turns and it works perfectly now. The next day I called Humanscale and the are aware of the problem and said that sometimes they get overtightened at the factory. Hope this helps!
