The media could not be loaded. I initially got this product to use on my husband’s ears as he has an ear wax build up problem. I tried it on mine and it works amazing. I love it!

My son has always had very bad wax build up. I was told it has a lot to do with him being premature. Anyways, we have tried several over the counter products, prescriptions and visits to the ENT. The only thing that ever worked was ENT visits. With that said, copay of $20 every visit or buy this....Answer.... BUY THIS!It does take a little practice and very steady hand but it gets deep enough to clean full ear canal without causing pain or injury. Must sit straight up and looking forward for best positioning. Make sure to have tissues/towel ready. Also.... for us it was best to break the wax up some by using Peroxide first. Took about 30 straight minutes but all wax is gone. Including a huge ball in the back of his canal!Worries.... the tool comes off easily with pressure. Do not apply pressure. You shouldn't need to because of the spoon shaped head. Have tweezers near just in case it snaps off in the ear.I wouldn't use this on anyone under 10 to be honest.

we love using it and have found many different uses for it, just wish the battery lasted a little longer and it was easier to connect to.

My husband is always complaining about his ears and picking at them. Sometimes he complains he can feel wax but we’ve never had an easy way of getting it out and when we use drops or irrigate his ears, we never really know if we got all of the wax and with the drops, he has to wait over night and the irrigating his ears is just a big production. This thing is amazing though. Within a few minutes I was able to clean a bunch of ear wax all from one ear. The second ear has mix harder wax. So I was able to get a little bit out, but the wax was so hard it was becoming uncomfortable for him as I tried to remove it. So we’re doing the ear drops and will try to get the rest of the wax out tomorrow. At least now I think once that wax softens a little, it will come out as easily as the first ear.

Purchased in Sept. 2020...worked fine for the first and 2nd time using. Now after after 6months will not connect to WiFi. And it's not due to slow internet! Avg. 460 mps.

It was easy to connect to the network through smartphone and get the image from the camera.The only caveat was the tip is breakable so it should not be applied with a lot of power during use.The image was clear and does not have any focus issues like another brand I bought before.

(1) Device never connected to phone(2) App seems sketchy: requires "location" permissions to work (privacy issue: you shouldn't need my location for an ear-cleaning camera). Claims it needs it for Wifi (nonsense). Additionally, when you click the "check for updates" option, and then click "download update" option, the app apparently downloads a well-known virus distributing app hub. Very bad. Fortunately my device blocked this.The instructions seemed straightforward: turn on the device, connect to its Wifi (bebird-XXXX), install the app (available on Play store) and the app can connect to the device's camera. However, the last step never worked. I tried various things: like turning off Bluetooth (suggested in one answer), restarting the app (many times), changing the order of the steps. Nothing worked.

It’s NEVER a good idea to stick objects into your ear, especially so if you do not know what you’re doing. However this product is good if you know your anatomy and can properly navigate an ear canal. Unfortunately, I have very hairy inner ears and the device cannot see well beyond it. It does work well enough on less hairy people.

Works really well for looking inside your ear. I wouldn't really use it to clean your ear though. The rubber tip is too soft and I wouldn't want it to break off inside your ear. My ears are clean. That's all I needed to know.

The device is on, but the light has never been on, so I can't see anything inside my ear. Also, it didn't come with a cable. In the box where it should be a power cable, there's an empty space.Nothing to say because it's literally unusable.

Have the A2 version before. All tips broken, can't find the replacement or expensive.Bought this C3, it works fine and easier, more stable connect than my old one.But the video quality is worse. Kind of feels like between 480p to 720p. Can see the ear drum but not clear. The old one can see the ear drum much clear. Also the white balance is much better on my old A2. I guess what you pay is what you get. his one is just around half price.If you just want to see, this is cheaper and OK but if you want more details and clear image, you really should consider to get he higher model.I will get the better model when it on sale.

Produit génial pour sois même !! Prend un peu de dextérité car l’image est à l’envers sur le programme qu’on doit télécharger . Programme fonctionne très bien pour iPhone, première fois que je réussi à voir l’intérieur de mes oreilles moi qui fait exéma,c’est pratique! Fonctionne très bien et pouvons brancher l’appareil avec fil USB image très clair , plusieurs fois que je l’utilise et fonctionne très bien,bonne achat je le recommande fortement
