Nice vest. I stay cooler in this vest as compared to other vest I have worn in the past. There are velcro adjustable sections around the midsection as well the shoulders. So this vest is quite adaptable to fit most people. I have a rather large frame and I was able to adjust it to fit with plenty of room to spare. As a reference I wear a 2x shirt if that helps at all with sizing. The material reminds me alot of the kind of material that football jerseys are made from, so its vents heat quite well. It is also machine washable, which is nice if you are wearing it daily.

Compliant for my breakaway vest needs at my airport. Very sturdy, doesn't budge from wind and haven't any issues with it. Does breakaway with a reasonable amount of force, important for if you're worried about getting chucked from cargo equipment 3-4 stories up. Size is a large, it can just adjust the waist to fit the smaller sizes. (Explaines the size S-XL.) Overall I would highly recommend getting this if you have low quality ones given to you by your workplace.Makes a huge difference since you'll wear it all day.

As other reviewers have noted, these run extremely large. In fact, they're not much smaller than the standard one size fits all offered on Amazon. Someone 6'4 and 300 lbs could easily fit into this allegedly "medium" vest. The 3XL is probably big enough to tent your entire house.

This thing is huge! Seems like a nice vest, but I had to give it away. It's still too big even when wearing a full winter jacket.

It's good and reflective, but it's huge. I normally wear size large clothes and even still when I put this on over my motorcycle jacket I still have to overlap the waist straps in front. Also, there's a lot of excess material that flaps in the breeze.
