Easy for my 3 year olds to use
Instead of using the stick people that came with this item , I use the kids pictures. What would make this better is if it was magnetic

Long Pockets Mean Sagging Pockets
The width of the pockets as well as the depth of the pockets make it easy for the "people" to fall out. I love the idea.

Perfect for morning routine in preschool class
I'm a preschool teacher. I print out a picture of each student's face and put it on a person. Then I label it with their name and laminate. It turns out super cute. The bottom row I had to reinforce with a few paperclips though because the people flop over otherwise.
