The MSO-9212 Mixed Signal Oscilloscope combines the features of a dual channel 200Mhz digital oscilloscope and a 12 channel logic analyzer in an integrated, easy-to-use package. Rather than having two separate instruments with potential for synchronization time skew, the MSO-9212 provides precise time alignment between the analog and digital signals. Able to sample up to 20 GSa/S (repetitive) or 1 GSa/s(single shot), the instrument is capable of resolving signals in the nano-second and sub nano-second scale. Storing at a blistering combined rate of 14Gbs/s, the onboard ultra fast SRAM faithfully records the data into it’s deep 2Mpt buffer. Adding advanced mixed signal triggering capabilities such as: Rising/Falling edge, pulse width and count, 12 bit Logic, I2C and SPI, the MSO-9212 is a powerful instrument for scientific and industrial applications.
