I've heard a lot about the benefits of turkey tail mushrooms and thought it was time to give them a try. I have used them in a mix with other mushrooms but never on their own. I choose this brand of turkey tail because they claim to only use the fruiting body of the mushrooms, are very high in beta d glucans, is third party tested and is also USDA certified.It's my first time trying trying turkey tail so I'm not really sure what to expect health wise but so far the only thing that has seemed to improve a little is my digestion. I can also say I tolerate these well with no negative side effects and they are easy to swallow with no after taste. This contains 240 capsules with a recommended dose of 3 capsules per day, meaning one bottle will last you just shy of 3 months if taken everyday. In my opinion that makes this supplement a good value.

It's very hard to digest this mushroom, so it is important to take it as an extract. This product is Not a mushroom extract. Maybe that's why the pictures do not show the label.
