These ease of these caster were not a hard install but takes a bit of work to access to bolts for the install. They fit great but are shorter than original, not really an issue.

I bought a (very) used True T23 refrigerator that really just needed some TLC. The worst of it, though, was the casters, which were in bad shape. Two of them were been bent badly (yes, I bought it that way!), thus causing the fridge to skid and wobble in awkward directions when moving it. I finally found SES Casters, and they were great in getting the new caster set to me.The installation was far simpler than I had originally feared. I suppose there are a number of ways to design and manufacture a caster - some have a flat plate on top of the wheel assembly, whereas others might use a shaft of sorts - so on that front credit goes to the True fridge design. It's stout and stable. Still, SES does a terrific job of building a sturdy caster to match manufacturer's specs, and it was a cinch to screw in the 3" threaded bolt into the True base. I screwed to hand tight ONLY on all four wheels, which was more than sufficient. The T-23 is a tall fridge, yet I had to lay it on its backside to install the casters. Once done, I was concerned about bending the new casters while putting it upright again, but nope: not a problem! These casters are sturdy!I'm not a regular caster customer - it's not like you're buying a loaf of bread! - but when I need a new set in the future, I'm contacting SES again. It was a terrific experience all the way around.

I bought a True commercial refrigerator which was missing the casters. These were a direct and great quality / value replacement. What’s nice is that they are supplied from a USA family company with good packaging and very fast shipping. We need more stores like this a available on Amazon.

Nearly a year later and these casters are still doing the job. Last ones became bent and needed to be replaced. These work beautifully and were easy to install.
