Core workout band
I bought this band for my Les Mills online core classes and it works a treat and is way cheaper to buy than the Les Mills band.

Excellent resistance band.
Well made; exactly as described. Replacing an old one. Important to know what level of resistance is wanted.

Great for various workout levels- fits female sizing too!!
Ordered red medium resistance for our daughter who is a collegiate athlete and must keep her physical rigor going during summer without access to her athletic trainer or facility!! She does this on her own with her running sit ups, push-up, free weights etc.. but, having that needed resistance is hard to get. This band was the “Goldilocks” of what she was after- something solid enough to gain a good strenuous challenge during her sets and reps- all without being too easy or far too difficult to work up a sweat and truly make an impact.Grip is soft and comfortable.. no pinch or pressure points to cause sores (even using x4-5 per week!) Sized adequately for even a smaller female to get a solid hold around handle easily. The wrapped padding is done with a stronger foam- we’ve even washed these: using a simple hand soap we thoroughly rinsed and then, air dried overnight.. Good as new the next day!Without solid numbers listed for use- I best equate the bands as such: 1-low 2- medium 3- high- if measured in weight: 0-6lb for low, 7-11lb for med, 12+lb for high… (I know, I know- it’s not how it’s measured! just trying to provide comparison- if you know weight arena youre comfortable with- you can choose band accordingly!) Hoping this info can help you in your decision.. stay healthy and safe!**I first ordered a band in the famous US sport brand.. FYI- this Reebok resistance band performs every bit to the same level/quality (just 1/3 the $..)

Good for a tone up ... Not really 'Heavy'.
Don't expect this to actually be a 'heavy' resistance band. It would be good for a quick tone up before a photo shoot, date night or business meeting. If you are an athletic guy, this might be good to keep in your office desk drawer or suitcase when you need a quick pick up workout ... but for the most part, unless you are doing heavy reps to failure, it's not going to replace the gym for anyone.Given the price, I didn't expect a Gold's Gym in a small box but I guess I thought the resistance would be slightly tougher given the 'Heavy' rating, or 'Level 3'. I will preface by saying I am a 6'3, 230 lb. former football player. So, if you are smaller ... this might do the trick for you.In terms of comfort, my hands fit the handle nicely and the bands allow for a smooth motion. The odd thing is that some shorter folks might find the band too long ... however, I found it to be a bit short as a tall person. It's just the right height for curls and arm raises but anything shoulder height on me, the band feels like it could snap at any moment. That makes lateral fly a difficult thing to do. You can step on the band with one or both feet to do curls, fly, front raises, etc. You can lie across it and do presses but that takes some ingenuity. The band seems made well, for the price. Certainly not as strong as Powerbands ... but the handles seem sturdy enough. I do worry about the connector to the handle. It's a 'ball' type of connector ... but I don't know how that is secured. I've had a huge fear of rubber snapping since I was a kid ... so I wince a bit when I feel I am stretching this to the max. So far, nothing has come loose or snapped back.Overall, this is a great, easy to store piece of equipment for the right person. It can easily be brought to work, in the car or stored at home. I'd advise that it's better for females than males ... but as mentioned, males could use it for a spot tone or touch up if large amounts of reps are done to failure. For the price, this is easier and cheaper than bringing weights to your office ... and a great alternative to booking hotels based on the fitness center while traveling.I wish Reebok would have given clearer instructions on how much resistance or weight its equivalent too ... for example, Level 3/Heavy would be similar to using a (x) lb. dumbell for (x) exercise. A website showing exercise/technique would also have been nice. The packaging was pretty snazzy though. I'll certainly keep my eye out for a Level 4 or Level 5 but am guessing I'll need to upgrade to Powerbands for more resistance.

Heavy
Since the beginning of the pandemic, I haven't set foot in the gym. I've been doing a lot of biking and walking, but nothing really for my arms. To try to build up the strength in my arms again at home, I ordered these resistance bands. I wasn't sure about whether to get light, medium, or heavy resistance, though. I went with the heavy ones, and I'm glad I did. They provide a good workout, but they're not super difficult. I think the others wouldn't haven't really benefited me too much. The handles seem a bit cheap, and I imagine the foam padding on them will wear down soon. I may have to put some electrical or duct tape around them, or perhaps bike handlebar tape. And, of course, I think about the rubber part stretching and snapping, but hopefully that won't happen. I also wish they had come with some diagram instructions for all of the ways they could be used so I wouldn't have to research this. They're a nice, lightweight, compact solution to getting some arm muscle exercise at home and traveling, since they're easily thrown in a suitcase without taking up much room.

Exactly as it should be
Reebok Resistance Band is everything it should be, easy to use, with comfortable grips even for those of us with arthritic hands. The resistance bands offer a whole variety of ways to get in some resistance exercise without taking up tons of space when you're not using them. Obviously I can't speak of longevity as I've not had them long enough to notice any degradation of the materials used, but I imagine I should be able to get a good many years of use out of this. The wonderful thing about resistance bands is that they're useful for people in all types of physical condition, be it a beginner just starting out, or used for advanced training techniques. Young or old, strong or frail, there is a resistance band that's perfect for nearly anyone.

Sturdy enough for PT...
Working out with resistance bands is easier when they have handles. Reebok's Resistance Bands with Handles are easy to hold and use.I'm using the gray set with a doorstop to continue physical therapy shoulder exercises at home. I find it much more comfortable and easier on my hands than the loops tied at the end of the bands that the PT place uses.No exercise suggestions are included in the package.

Looking for Les Mills CXWorx bands. Look no further!
I have just started the Les Mills CXWorx online classes. They use these resistance bands. I considered other similar bands that were slightly cheaper or came with alternative resistance, I just wasn’t convinced especially after reading reviews of them snapping. I LOVE the reebok resistance tube. Does exactly what I need for all exercises on the Les Mills on demand classes.Very safe, comfy handles and quality product.

Excellent for home workout and on the go.
I started using these immediately (just arrived), I am 63, and i have recovered from long Covid so I need to rebuild my strength. . Very good quality so far (we'll see long term). It would have been nice if they provided an exercising sheet, but no matter Youtube is full. You can create more tension (depending on your exercise) by holding them shorter (true even for flat bands). It is best to research the different exercise and how to use them and how to create more tensions, and learn good form so as to get the best out of it. You can also buy an anchor and it will open more exercise variations.Highly recommended.

Nice Product for Home Exercise
Nice Quality product from REEBOK - Heavy Resistance tube level -3. You can go for multiple exercises for the Shoulder, Biceps, Triceps, Arms and so on. Product quality is good and even after one month of use the tube did not lose elasticity. For the beginner home workout, it is a good quality product.
