The measurements are the following: size Medium (16-19/24-28/30-36 cm), Large (19-22/28-32/36-42 cm), X-Large (22-25/32-36/42-48 cm), XX-Large (25-28/36-40/48-52 cm). These measurements are in centimeters. The first range is your wrist circumference, the second is the arm circumference below the elbow, the third one is your arm circumference under the armpit.
