Can we make dosa/idly batter in this grinder?

Hello, I don't know what happened but the Premier chocolate refiner doesn't work. Maybe the shipping or something else. I really don't know what to do, because I would like to make my chocolate. the first time that happens to us, unfortunately. Thank you for your message and I hope we will find some alternative solution. Best regards Patisserie-Conseil ltd

What would be the minimum amount of chocolate for one batch? I’m worried the volume might be too large for making just a couple of bars or such.

The melanger can comfortably take up to 2kg of cacao nibs. Any more and you risk splashing and spilling of your cocoa liquor.

How long can it work continuously? Can it work for 48h continuously?

It depends on viscosity of your chocholate. Too thick and it stopped after 2 hrs. More fluid and yes you can run for 48hrs.
