Crompton Ginie Neo Personal Air Cooler - 10L, White and Light Blue

Very bad Faulty product. Specifications are wrong and giving more noise. Useless quality. No Cooling and Fan Speed is also low. Air is not giving in room. WATER pump functionality is absent. Called Service Engineer from Crompton, but he was also helpless. Please don't buy this product. I have to return this product.

Sound is high but good

No match for Symphony towers that give a much stronger blast at Rs.1000/- more. Also had this foul smell whenever the honeycomb was wet. Not useful. Table fans are stronger.

Just received the cooler today and review based on 4-5 hours of usagePros -* Easy to fill water as you can pour water anywhere in the ice chamber.*Ice chamber present.*Compact personal cooler for small space.*Using cold water provides decent cooling.*Very convenient for single person use.*Net is present to avoid mosquitoes and insects.Cons -*It is a small cooler so it will need a stool or something to be mounted on.*No water drain system (I don't know if it has one) so old remaining water may cause foul smell.*Auto swing continues even if blower is off.*Continuous usage may require frequent filling of water as it holds only 10 litres.*The speed switch goes like - off, high, medium, low but it should be off, low medium, high.*Only one side honeycomb cooling pad is there.I have given 4 stars as the cons are not much of an issue for me except for the drain function not being available.Will update review after using it for some time if needed.

Don’t buy !!!!!!!!After sales service is pathetic. No matter how many times you book a service call, they cancel the service call once service charge is paid. The agency named “SPARK” will put your call on block list. Don’t go for advance payment no matter how much they try to convince you.This brand is loosing it’s value just because of it’s service agencies.And tele callers be like I’ve informed area head that head this head ….head but you won’t get any of their service.After putting the review here they turned up and arranged for a replacement which costed me half the price almost 2200/- paid to the technician no bill no receipt though paid online to the technician.

Cooling was okay for a small sized room of 25sqm. But stopped working after 1 year just as warantee stopped with Motor issues. Build Quality is just okay

excellent product, Crompton is a well known brand, very small and beautiful. Highly recommended for light use and power. Welcome.
