informative
This is a good resource for a person who struggles with anxiety. This may be a small guide but does contain a lot of information. There is a variety of tips and methods to help you deal with the different types of anxiety.I voluntarily agreed to read a copy of this book supplied by NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own and in no way have been influenced.

Useful, but a little condescending
Let me start off by saying that the digital formatting was quite odd. I can see how the physical book was put together and think that that would be the superior way to read this title. That said, the information was quite clear and the coping skills listed seemed very useful. At points the writing seemed a bit condescending, but, overall, I think the treatment of the subject was respectful and helpful.

informative
Great book with a ton of useful information. Definitely a play on words, as there is nothing small about how this book can help with anxiety. If you or someone you know has anxiety this would be for you. Understanding the ins and outs will help so much.I received an advanced reader copy in exchange for a fair review.

Really good reference !
I really liked this book. The explanations are easy to understand and well documented with "bullet-point" boxes that I found helpful. Having anxiety myself, I found some new ideas and details. Perfect for the beginner as well as anyone who wants a comprehensive view on anxiety !Many Thanks to Humanix and NetGalley for a detailed, understandable read about a common concern.

Conquer Anxiety!
Anyone who struggles with a phobia, anxiety or depression will find this book helpful in finding relief. The authors examine GAD (General Anxiety Disorder), and other manifestations including panic attacks, agoraphobia, etc.Just identifying specific triggers and responses will help someone with anxiety deal with their issues- highly recommended!

The Small Guide to Anxiety
The Small Guide to Anxiety by Dr Gary Small is a free NetGalley ebook that I read in late November.Dr Small describes different types of anxieties (generalized, social, panic, phobias, and OCD) while offering many case study-like examples, rhetorical questions that the reader might have in mind while reading, and ‘Try This’ insets (exercises to try out to ease anxious symptoms). He doesn’t shirk from telling the bad (consequence) along with the good (treatment) and I really, really found use in reframing nervousness as excitement when I had to board an airplane over the 2018 holiday season.
