Jeanne Simmons UPF50+ Crownless 4 Inch Wide Brim Visor

I bought this after years of searching for a crownless hat/full brim visor to wear in the yard during the summer. I have a ton of hair and getting it off my neck when it's hot is essential. This hat allows me to put it up and shades my face/neck.I've had a hat made of the same materials for years and it has held up fantastically. I am hopeful the same is true of this one, especially at this price point.

Traditional hats squish my curly hair, but this hat is perfect. The brin has the right sun coverage for my face and neck unlike my sun visor. It’s tight to get on, but that means it stays put. I would buy this again.A note on quality: When it arrived the piece of trim was only half attached and I just removed it entirely.

This hat is fantastic, but it is a bit large. The tag on this hat says that the band circumference in 57 cm. The description said it would fit up to a size 7 which is about 56 cm according to google. If you have a large head, this will work great for you. The sweat band is really nice. I have to french braid my hair or wear a headband to add extra thickness so this hat stays in place. I really like it even though it is large on my head. I can finally put my hair in ponytail and still have full brim protection for my face and neck.

I moved to Mexico and it’s constantly blasting sun here. I have long thick hair and wear it in a topknot all the time and needed a hat with an open top and big brim. Bingo! This is the perfect hat for me. Has a built-in sweat band and is fantastic. If you have a particularly big head or small head you will have trouble with the fit. It fits me just right, but I can see it being too tight or too loose for anyone with the “wrong” size head. It’s super lightweight and stays rigid and doesn’t blow off my head. I had no trouble getting the wrinkles out from folded during packaging. With time they leave. I’ve even worn it in the pool and it dries quickly. Worth every penny.

I love this hat so much I ordered a second. The brim has a good rigidity but is still packable. It does not flop down in your eyes. Only wish they had more colors!

Nice hat, nice fit. I was looking for a hat that can shade my face and neck when I have my hair in a bun and this will certainly do the trick! The only reason I gave it 4 starts is I think it's a bit pricey

It was large so it slips but I generally have a smaller head radius. The bill of the hat is large and sort of grandiose in my opinion. I bought it for hiking but won't because of the unnecessarily large bill. Good for those "feeling extra" and lazy days in the sun with friends.

Really comfortable, not too floppy. My head is on the small side, so I only wish there was some way to adjust it slightly, but so far, it's staying in place okay. I FINALLY have sun protection in a hat that doesn't compete with my very thick, very long hair when I put it in a bun to get it off my neck.
