Excellent Dijon Mustard
I'm a bit tired of some other branded Dijon mustards, particularly how much vinegar there is in their formulation. Not so the Fallot Dijon mustard which went superbly with the rib-eye steak I had last night. Very tasty, nice warmth.

Expensive but worth it if you like dijon, hear is there but takes time to build, taste is great. Would buy again.

Best mustard on earth.
This has been my favorite mustard for over a decade. I love mustard. This is the measuring stick by which all other mustards are judged. Strangely, this was fairly easy to find in the states. Not to mention in a dozen different varieties from this company. I thought when I moved to the UK it would be even more plentiful since it’s produced in France. I was wrong. I’m constantly on the lookout for it but more often than not I end up ordering online. Anyway, when amazon has it I order 4 or 5 jars at a clip just to keep up. So, if you like to enjoy your life and you see this mustard, do yourself a favour and buy as much as you’re comfortable with. You’ll thank me.
