If you’re going to do a 5th Gear Nut job right, get the nut and retainer. Came with everything needed and went together great. No Issues!! Put it on my 1998 Ram 2500 Sport 4x4 after previous owners shop just used the lock nut… it came off. 10/10 recommend!!

So far , so good
Added this when 5th gear went out on my work truck (03 dodge 3500 Cummins with the NV4500).It’s been about a month or so ago and so far so good!!!

Almost worked
Was able to use the compression washer the nut and the set screws. The inner gear part that came with it does not fit a 1997 Dodge NV4500.
