Love this pillow
My husband just bought me this pillow and I absolutely LOVE it! I also got it over a week earlier then expected which was a wonderful surprise. As soon as I got it I took off the cover and washed it. A bunch of small pieces of fluff were all over the inside of the cover and pillow but were easily picked off. Just be careful if you also have a small toddler running around. (i'm assuming the fluff came from packaging at the factory)There have been some negative things as far as the cover but, as I wasn't expecting a high quality thread count, it didn't faze me any. Washing did make it feel less "starchy" though. By the time I was done washing it, the pillow had fully fluffed back up from the shipping and looked super comfy. This will be our 4th baby and being at 22 weeks, sleep has been getting more and more difficult. My body proportions are pretty extreme and with a list of back, neck, shoulder/arm problems and fibro you can imagine that even non pregnant sleep is pretty uncomfortable (and hard to come by). Usually I sleep with 4 or 5 different pillows propped in various spots but with this pillow, is all I need is my contour temper pedic pillow and this one. I put the top of the maternity pillow on my temper pedic pillow and it leaves me just enough room to comfortably put my arm underneath it without it going numb in the middle of the night. It also props my head and shoulders up enough that minor heartburn is not an issue.I love the fact that when laying on my back I can fold the lower part of the pillow under my knees for support while still having support on my sides, shoulders and head with minimal pain. I usually sleep on my left side (better for digestion, heart burn ect) and I love having the full body pillow feeling that contours to my pregnant body and helps support not only my hips and knees but my belly, shoulders and head as well.I was never big on maternity pillows because they were always more bothersome to me then helpful (and expensive!) but this pillow is Amazing! Worth every single penny! I am looking forward to using it for breastfeeding and even after, as a whole body support pillow. I've even recommended it to my sister who also has back problems and my BFF who has Fibro. The best part about this pillow is you don't have to move it every time you move. Unless you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, but I just push the side of the pillow off the bed and pick it back up once I crawl back in or fold the side up a little so I can get out. Either way, it is not bothersome to me compared to other maternity pillows i've tried and gives me the best night sleep I could ask for. I literally do not want to get out of bed in the mornings. I am in Love with this pillow.

Overall Excellent Investment
After reading reviews on all the pregnancy pillows I could find I decided to purchase this one. I thought is was a little pricey but it got such great reviews I thought it would be a good investment and it has been. I've been sleeping with it for two weeks now and it really has improved the quality of my sleep. Before I started using this pillow I was waking up 5-6 times a night to turn over and I would still wake up with intense hip and lower back pain. With this pillow I wake up 2 or sometimes three times a night, and my back pain is completely gone. I do still have some hip pain, but it's not nearly as bad as it was before, and I don't wake up with it every morning like I did before I got this. The shape of the pillow really does provide whole-body support, which was important to me since I had back problems before I got pregnant. Some of the negative reviews I saw mentioned that since you have to sleep with your arm under your head your arm falls asleep. I've always slept with my arm under my head, so I don't have this problem, but really, I don't think the pillow is heavy enough to cause that. People also mentioned that the horseshoe-shaped top of the pillow was cutting into their neck/shoulders. I also have not had this problem, and I have incredibly broad shoulders. The reviews about it being large are right on, however. My husband and I share a king-size bed and the pillow easily takes up half of it, but my husband is still able to sleep comfortably on the half I leave him. :-) As for it "sleeping hot," I haven't had any problems, although I do sleep with an AC set on 75, a ceiling fan set on medium and no cover at all. I do have two small complaints, which is why this doesn't get five stars. The first is that the open-ended portion I use for my legs really isn't long enough. I am 5'8" and the end of the pillow hits right below my knees. I would personally prefer support all the way to the ankle. The other problem is that the bumps that are supposed to fit under the belly don't line up well with my tummy at all, they seem to be a little bit low, and they have lost their shape pretty quickly. They still provide some support, but not as much as I would like. All that said, I have slept so soundly since I got this pillow that I have actually driven my husband out of the bedroom with my snoring without waking myself up, which hardly ever happens. I wish I had gotten this earlier in my pregnancy!
