From the moment I set it up, it’s been reliable, quiet, and incredibly easy to use. The controls are simple and intuitive, which makes reheating or cooking quick meals effortless. The 700W power is spot on for everyday use – it heats food evenly and much faster than my old microwave. The interior is spacious enough for plates and bowls of all sizes, and cleaning is a breeze thanks to the smooth finish. I also love the sleek grey design — it looks modern and stylish in my kitchen and fits in perfectly with other appliances. The build quality feels sturdy and premium too. Nice looking microwave.controls have a premium feel.

I love the colour and the wood effect handle is so cute. Looks gorgeous in my kitchen, is easy to clean and heats up my food well. The cable is quite short so make sure you are planning to put it close to the socket.

It's OK but not as powerful as our last one, so thinks take longer to cook It's very easy to use.

Good value for money looks great

It looks great and snazzy with the wood effect , nice and easy to use , so far done what a microwave should do and done it great , not played with all preset settings or defrost settings but seem easy enough to understand , all in all happy with the purchase , nearly dropped a star for having a yellowish internal light when you open door , would have prefered a white light , small annoyance but still a quality microwave for under 80 quid

Love this microwave. Fits into my theme of white appliances. Its compact and does the job.

Product useless as timer has a mind of its own. I had thought that Russell Hobbs was a reliable brand. I now know otherwise.

Works really well and the dial is easy to use, you're not spinning it for ages to add more time because after it reaches 10+ minutes it will only go up in whole minutes so it's easier. There is a tiny red light indicator for the current mode, which is handy except for when it's empty and shows a bright red clock symbol next to the time. I cut a tiny disc of black electrical tape and covered the clock symbol up and it looks much better. It only has a 24 hour clock. The only thing I miss from my previous microwave was a timer, this doesn't have one. It's quite small too, will only fit a big dinner plate if it goes in a bit sideways first, so make sure you measure before buying.

The oven start flickering and making noises when using it. So disappointed to have this from trusted brand like Russell Hobbs.

It’s very disappointing, the microwave is defected, it doesn’t heat. And the only way to return it is if we ship it back ourselves. Very inconvenient

Excellent microwave however the plug was for a UK power socket and I am in Australia.
