I bought two kinds of Tom Yum paste to compare. This was the best for texture, oil, and freshness.

Outstanding quality and taste. Perfect base for Tom Yum and Tom Kha soups, but it is great even in itself. It can be used as seasoning for a number of Thai dishes. Carefully packed, arrived in time.

This is so brutally salty, I had to throw it away without using it.

The packaging was very good and there was no side leakage, which I was surprised about. The merchant did an excellent job of sealing and packaging. The appearance looks very similar to the Thai Tom Yum, but unfortunately the taste is different from the one I bought in Thailand. Might work for others, but not for me. I prefer the taste of Thai tom yum. Give the merchant four stars for perfect packaging.

I love this flavor. I put a tablespoon of this into my MAMA SHRIMP TOM YUM instead noodles and it a game changer! It’s worth all the sodium. Lol. Drink lots of water!

Ich habe schon diverse Tom-Yum-Pasten ausprobiert. Diese hier ist mir leider viel zu pfeffrig im Geschmack. Ich meine damit nicht die generelle Schärfe, sondern dass der Geschmack von Pfeffer viel zu dominant ist und den Restgeschmack überdeckt. Schade!
