Lots of variety in this set
Going to use this for my daughter's science fair project model. We got this particular set for the serval. Quality is as expected for this type of set.

Well, I love cats, especially the big cats. Especially the tiger, my favorite animal.
Kitty kitty. I love this. It's awesome. Very helpful. Especially it's hard to find toy figures of Serval, Ocelot, and even Clouded Leopard. This is a life saver.

Lifesaver!
I ordered this for use in my son's science project. Absolutely perfect! It contained all of the animals he needed plus some extras that he's keeping as toys. This saved the day!

These are a nice size, about 4-6 inches each. Good detail and coloring, not quite as realistic as some of the boutique figures I see sold for $5-20 each, but for the price, these are comparable. My 6 year old is very happy and we have purchased several for birthday gifts. They all stand on their own I think and make for excellent imaginative play, Superman and Lightning McQueen have both had run ins with these animals in my living room :) These would make great figures for projects, especially if you're going for bigger than a shoe box. Might be suitable for a large sheet cake topper, but too big for the average cupcake. Excellent party gifts, in fact I think I will use the aquatic set for table decorations that become party favors for his 7th birthday party at the aquarium.

Not extremely detailed, but good little figures for kids to play with
Just what I needed! The girl I babysit loves cats, and we love looking at all those nice single plastic models of animals in stores. But those are so expensive. Yes, these are certainly less detailed, but they're SO much cheaper, and you get a bunch of different ones. She's just as happy with them.

Unrealistic big cat figurines. A major disappointment
Apparently the reviews for different Wold Republic sets are lumped together, otherwise I can't understand the positive reviews. This review is of the big cats set. Although all the pieces are different some don't look like any big cat seen in nature. No way of telling what they were supposed to be., In. addition, the coloring is radically different from real animals. Purple big cats? Blue big cats? The figurines were rejected by lout four year old grandchild as not looking like real big cast. He didn't want to play with them and told me to send them back.
