Very easy to assemble My 15 year old daughter put it together looks just like the picture. When our bunnie gang grows Ill definitely buy another one.

Worked ok. The floor fell out of the one side. We have fairly large rabbits so they do some damage. It’s still standing for the most part and it’s been about a year. Wouldn’t recommend for something out in the elements.

It took us a minute to put it together & we added a couple of screws to make it more sturdy (plenty sturdy for the bunny but it feels a little flimsy when you scoot it across the floor.) I love that it has a built-in hay rack & a spot to attach a water bottle. The roof opens easily & stays open so no smashed fingers. I can't speak for how weather proof it is as we keep it inside our home.If you use the measurements from the smaller tray, it's easy to find a litter box that fits.After 5 months, the trays have gotten stained but they do come clean. Our bunny is locked inside every night so it gets a lot of use. It is plenty of room for him to go potty, eat, drink, & nap until he is let out in the morning to roam.I also love the look of it. with minimal mesh, it looks less like a cage & more like furniture. The neutral color helps it blend in. Some small animal enclosures are gaudy, bright colors & not what I want in a central part of the house.All in all, a nice looking hutch that's pretty easy to clean & our bunny doesn't mind being closed inside.

Update: Seller claims you have to buy a seperate leak gaurd or the pee is normal. I did get a refund. Seems odd. I guess do not buy it without purchasing an extra leak guard.... I informed them that their description states "no leak tray"....Let me start with. I have never left a 1 star review on anything. Ever....I have only had my rabbit in this hutch for 2 days and there is now pee all over my floor because it leaks straight out of the walls and the edge of the floors. I followed all directions and it seems everything is as it should be. At first I was very excited. It is very cute and seemed perfect. Now I wish I never would have waisted my money on this. I wouldn't have bought this hutch had I know that I would have to keep puppy pads under it to catch all of the leakage. I want my money back. 🙄I've messaged seller to see about a refund... but I refuse to take it all apart again to ship it back. Probbaly stuck with trying to find a DIY fix...Ugh.

Difficult to clean. I didn't even use after noticing it actually doesn't have an emptying tray.

The home itself is very cheap quality of wood but the design is great. Also my box arrived badly damaged and the house was damaged from it. However the seller sent me out replacement parts for it right away so I did not have to use the destroyed parts and I didn’t have to return the house because of it.

Easy to build and decent quality however I will not put it outside. The boards would need to be sealed otherwise I could see it falling apart.

Great product, couldnt build something from scratch at this price. Good roof for out doors and shelter for our outdoor animals in a cold and snow area.
