Mosto Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Its flavor is mild, so can be used when you want to avoid the heavy olive oil taste. I can put it on my finger, and hardly taste it at all. I’ve used it to sauté vegetables and chicken without it smoking. The best thing about it is the way it comes out of the bottle. It has a diffuser that lets me dribble just the amount I want, without too much ending up in the pan. Haven’t make a salad dressing with it, but think it would be perfect used that way.

Glad I found this on amazon after purchasing in a really expensive grocery store. Much cheaper on Amazon !!! If you love strong olive notes that are sweet and somewhat earthy this is for you…. Took me back to Italy!!!!

This wasn’t a product that worked out for my personal taste. If you like the stronger pepper flavor it might be something you would choose.

Have used for dipping and cooking. Lovely flavor for dipping; don’t need herbs. I liked the thicker consistency for cooking my onion and garlic.
