We bought this because my son plays baseball and this is recommended to pitchers for arm health and throwing speed. However, being stuck at home, like everyone else, I've found it is great to used this while I am on the phone or watching TV. I have found myself grabbing it 2-3x a day for 10-15 minutes and feel stronger and more toned in my arms and shoulders as a result.One note, it did not come with any directions, example exercise routines, etc. The box was damaged and it is possible those directions were lost during shipping. So, we had to look up how to use it properly on the Internet. It isn't complicated, but still surprising it didn't come with any guidance.

This is great for continuing rehabilitation of torn rotator cuff and frozen shoulder. Sturdy, yet flexible. Certain family members think it's a great back scratcher too.

I bought it because my wife said so. I bought it because the Earth would have stopped spinning if I wouldn't. Since then it sits in one corner, shown only to guests. The guests nod politely and are as confused as I am. Of course that somehow is my fault because there was another one more... and less... and...Sorry for the confusing review, but be sure that this is what you really, really want.

I love the product. I wore out the first one I bought. The product was delivered in a box that was ripped in half.

Great Product for toning one strength

Unlike the flat blade, movement is very difficult to maintain in one plane. It tends to fall into (undesired) circular motion, esp as your arm starts getting tired. Will return and spend more on a flat blade.
